Most of the time we take good care of our body, but we tend to neglect our mind out of ignorance or a lack of knowledge.
Learning how to meditate is not a matter of hours, but needs practice. For this reason the center offers courses for people that would like to start to meditate, and meditator who are willing to extend there knowledge to a higher level
